Collegrid is a web app built to manage all high school operations, from registration to graduation. It handles attendance, scholarships, transportation, student fees, and all other daily school processes. Access is split by roles: parents can see grades and follow their child’s progress, teachers can manage classes, attendance, and communicate with parents, economics staff handle fees and tariffs, and directors and HQ staff manage school operations and oversee workflows.Each role works independently or together depending on the task, keeping processes organized and transparent. Collegrid centralizes all school data, making it easier for staff to manage responsibilities and for parents to stay informed, while ensuring students’ daily activities are properly tracked.
